All Things Unity is a new blog and challenge spot for lovers of Unity Stamps. This card is for their second challenge about going green. You can use green colors, recycle something in your card or use scraps. I did all three in one card! The corrugated cardboard strip and "Caution Darn Hot Coffee" sentiment are from a used restaurant coffee sleeve and I used up some paper scraps too. Check out their blog at:

Picking Up The Pieces Challenge
I love Unity Stamps! This pumpkin came from the Sept. 2009 Kit of the Month. If you haven't discovered Unity yet, go check out their website and see what you think. I am a Kit Club Member because the monthly kits are just so stinkin' cute. If you decide you want to be a Kit Club Member too, tell them I, (Carol Bloomberg), sent you and I'll get a free gift, gotta love free!

A Muse Lounge Challenge
Here's another entry for the "Sunshiney" Challenge on www.allthingsunity.blogspot.com. Although there is no sun on the card I think it has a sunny, Spring feeling to it. Love those fun Unity Stamps!

I love this new cling stamp from Hero Arts, one of my favorite stamp companies. Instead of ink, I used Ranger's Acrylic Paint Dauber in an aqua color called Pool. I then used Stickles for the flower centers. The pattern paper is from K and Company and the sentiment stamp is from Unity. This was my first try using acrylic paint insteaad of ink and I like the result. The paint cleans off the stamp with water, no problem!

Cardvarks Wedding Card Challenge #2
For this wedding card I used my Cricut with Sweethearts cartridge to cut the wedding cake and cake plate. I used glitter to decorate the icing and the Cuddlebug Swirls embossing folder to texturize the aqua cardstock. Under the aqua cardstock I mounted a piece of velum that is embossed with the Cuddlebug Swiss Dots folder. Inside I added a velum insert for my stamped sentiment. Stamped images are from Inkadinkadoo's Wedding set. Aqua ribbon from Hobby Lobby finishes it all off.
Cardvarks Wedding Card Challenge

I made this tri-fold card for a challenge. I used my Cricut to cut the wedding cake and cake plate. I decorated the cake with Martha Stewart border stickers and flowers cut from a wedding flower pick. I used the Cuddlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder and a Martha Stewart edge punch to deocrate the light aqua cardstock. I made space inside for cash, a check, savings bond or gift card. The congratulations stamp is from Inkadinkadoo's Wedding set. Leave a comment and let me know what you think. Thanks!
